ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Semi-detached holiday house with a fenced swimming pool, peacefully situated on large grounds at approx. 1 km from the beautiful town of Vence. Vence lies at the foot of the Col de Vence, in an interesting part of the Provence, and approx. 12 km from the seaside at Nice and Cannes. Along the coast you will find the mundane seaside resorts Cannes, Antibes and Nice, which are well worth visiting. You will find lively boulevards and sandy beaches, of which several are equipped with beach chairs (that are for rent). You can also visit the "city of perfume" Grasse and all the beautiful villages in the hinterland, like Tourettes sur Loup, Gourdon, Saint Paul de Vence, Le Bar sur Loup and ofcourse Vence itself. Golf: various golfcourses in the surrounding area. Sea: 12 km. NB: The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is another bedroom available (see "Guesthouse" in the general description), which makes the house suited for 5-6 persons. This bedroom can be reached from the outside and has its own bathroom with bath and toilet. The price for the entire house, including this third bedroom, can be found in the column "5-6 persons". In case you travel with 4 persons or less, but would still like to use the whole house, you will pay the price for 5-6 persons.
