ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with private pool in Léoville in the Cognac region in southwest France. This house is in a lovely location, has plenty of space and is well furnished inside. There is a beautiful unobstructed view from the pool over the rolling landscape around the house. The house has a spacious kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor. You get to these up 4-5 steps. Upstairs there are the other bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is in an adorable, peaceful spot close to Léoville south of the town of Cognac. Consequently, in the area there are lots of vineyards and places for wine tasting. About 50 km to the south you'll find the vineyards of the Bordeaux region and for the sea you can go to Royan, about 70 km to the west.
