ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Holiday house with private pool 200 metres from the sea in the village of Sion-sur-Mer. Sion-sur-Mer is next to the coastal town of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez about 15 km south of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. The house is on a fenced plot of land of about 300 m2. There is no through-traffic going past the house. The house is in an ideal position: you can fetch your groceries on foot. There are various shops (baker, butcher) within 200 metres. On the coast there are several beaches: creeks with small sandy beaches but also larger sandy beaches. It is about 200m to the closest beach. In Saint-Hilaire as well as in the neighbouring Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie you will find everything you require for a successful beach holiday: café terraces, restaurants, beach. In the area you can walk, cycle and go horse riding. Golf: St Jean de Monts (15 km) and L'Aiguillon sur Vie (15 km).
