ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Terraced distinctive house. There is a large garden. Garden area 1500 m2. There is a terrace. Nice garden with lots of plants and trees. Nicely restored, distinctive house. Cosy and tasteful interior. The owner lives in a flat next to the residence (but properly separated). The centre of the village is within walking distance. The location is fairly peaceful. The beach is 2 km away, at Genêts. In terms of nature trips to Mont St.Michel and Iles Chaucey are definitely recommended. There is a bakery/bread depot at 0.3 km. There are shops at 1 km. Restaurants can be found in Avranches. It is a nice point of departure for walks. Golf course is 30 km away, in Bréville-sur-Mer.
