ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Beautifully situated house partly of natural stone with private pool, on the periphery of the hamlet of Les Condamines, about 5 km from the picturesque town of Lodève. The property and the swimming pool look out on a beautiful view over the surrounding area and the brook that murmurs past the property. This is an ideal property for just enjoying the shade while lying in the hammock. The house is in a lovely wooded hilly region about 55 km north-west of the splendid town of Montpellier. There are many fine walks in the area. There are excursion possibilities to lovely villages such as Le Caylar, Bédarieux, La Couvertoirade, Clermont l'Hérault, St Guilhem le Désert and St Chinian. Also the splendid Gorges de l'Hérault and the lovely Pont du Diable dating from the 14th century are well worth visiting, as are the mountains of La Montagne Noire and the Cévennes. There are also a couple of lovely caves in St Guilhem le Désert and Ganges. The wonderful Lac du Salagou, surrounded by red hills, is about 17 km away; and for a day trip to the Mediterranean Sea you can go to Agde en Palavas. Other excursion possibilities are the attractive town of Nîmes, Montpellier and Narbonne. Golf: Juvignac in Montpellier (about a 45 minutes drive).
