ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with private pool on a spacious plot of land in Duravel in southwest France. Duravel is 40 km west of the wine town of Cahors. The house is close to the beautiful meandering river Lot. There are lots of wonderful views of the river from many places in the surrounding hills. This holiday house is on the D811 between Duravel and Fumel. The house is on a large plot of land that in the summer provides enough shade for children to be able to have a great place to play. In the middle of the property there is a swimming pool that is behind a fence with a gate. The pool is inaccessible to unaccompanied children. The house has a spacious kitchen with a doorway through to the living room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The fourth bedroom with a single bed is accessible through the bathroom or via the ground floor from the storage area. The house is simply furnished, but everything you need is at hand.
