ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached villa with private pool and private lake, 4 km outside of Nontron in the northern part of the Dordogne region. The villa is on a large plot of land of with lots of well maintained vegetation. The pool is covered with a roller shutter. In front of the house there is a private lake that offers fishing and with a pedalo for use by renters of the house. Between the house, lake and pool there is a strong green fence so that children and/or animals cannot get to the water unaccompanied. On the extremely spacious plot of land there are lots of trees around the house and there is enough space for recreation, sport, games and adventure. The house is modern and well furnished and you have all amenities. There is everything you need grocery-wise in Nontron. To the north-west of Nontron there is the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin, an area of natural beauty with lots of forests.
