ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Very quietly set, detached house with a private swimming pool in the hamlet of Bosbarat, 2 km north of the village of Carlux. Carlux is situated approx. 2 km north of the Dordogne river, in between the lively towns of Souillac and Sarlat. The village of Carlux has a bakery. Supermarkets can be found either in Souillac or in Sarlat. This spacious house (140 m2 surface area) comes with a large enclosed swimming pool (11x5 m) with an overflow system and a large sun terrace. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The house is centrally located for trips to the numerous attractions of the region.
