ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Very peacefully located country house with a private pool at 2 km from the village of Campagnac-les-Quercy. The house has a magnificent view over the surrounding hills. At your disposal there is an unfenced garden of about 8 ha. The part of the garden that can be used is about 1 ha. The house itself is about 50 m from a country road with almost no traffic. The house has three floors. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, on the first floor a spacious living area with sitting room and kitchen. This floor is accessible from indoors and also from outdoors via the covered terrace. There are also another three bedrooms on the second floor. The house is ideally situated half way between the valleys of Lot and the Dordogne. Close by are towns such as Le Bugue, Les Eyzies, Sarlat, Domme and Beynac. To the south you can take a day trip to the Lot Valley: Fumel, Puy L'Eveque and Chateau Bonaguil. Golf: Siorac en Périgord (19 km).
