ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Quietly located former farmstead in a hamlet called Ladouch. Ladouch is situated at approx. 1 km from the lively village of Le Bugue. The farmstead consists of two detached houses, their mutual distance being 15 m. In 2003 these houses were restored and tastefully redecorated. The second house doesn't dispose of a kitchen. Therefore the two houses are never rented separately. From your terrace and at the pool you enjoy a wonderful view on the valley. Ladouch itself consists of four properties in total, there's no traffic worth mentioning. All shopping can be done in Le Bugue. Every Tuesday there's a market in Le Bugue. In the surrounding there are many villages, caves and castles to be visited: Les Eyzies, Domme, Sarlat, the caves of Lascaux, the valley of the Dordogne river. There's a walking track that commences in Ladouch. Canoeing is possible on the Vézère and the Dordogne rivers. Golf: Siorac en Perigord (15 km).
