ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION This detached, recently built house with covered terrace and private swimming pool is situated roughly 5 km from the beautiful little town of Salviac, on the border of the provinces Dordogne and Lot. This house in very peaceful surroundings is situated on a 10 000 m²-property with many hills in the midst of a pine tree forests, walnut trees and farmlands. You can enjoy a scenic view from the terrace and the swimming pool. All amenities (bakery, grocer, post office etc.) are found in Salviac, 5 km away. The little town of Gourdon is situated 18 km away. Tennis courts and a swimming pool located in Salviac; bicycle rentals in Gourdon. Fishing facilities are available at the recreational pools at Cazals and Dégagnac. There is a golf course at Belvès (23 km).
