ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Vacation house in the village of St Laurent des Vignes with a shared swimming pool. St Laurent des Vignes is a peaceful village in the middle of the vineyards 5 km south of Bergerac. The backside of the house lies against the backside of the owner's house, in which there are 2 double bedrooms for guests. You share the pool with the guests from these rooms. The owner seldom uses the pool himself. The layout deserves more clarification: you come from the street to a closed private parking. From there you enter the house through the kitchen. The other rooms are on the upper floor. You also have access to the nice private fitness room through the parking and, from there, to the fenced garden and the swimming pool. The house is ideally located: you can enjoy the peace of the country and in 5 minutes you are in the centre of the lively and convivial town of Bergerac. This house is equipped with everything and comfortably furnished. You can get bread in St Laurent des Vignes and all other groceries in Bergerac. There are many opportunities for nice day trips next to Bergerac: the market of Perigueux and the many castles, caves and typical villages of the Dordogne can be easily reached.
