ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Very peacefully located, detached house about 2 km from the village of Couze-et-Saint-Front. Here you are on a plot of land of about 10 ha. Next to the house you have at your disposal a covered terrace and a large garden of about 500 m2. The approximately 300 year old house is fully restored with all amenities. You can go to Couze en Lalinde for your groceries. Canoeing is possible on the Dordogne river and a little further away on the Vezère. You can visit the many sites in the immediate neighbourhood: the villages of Lalinde, Le Bugue, Les Eyzies and the town of Bergerac with it old historical centre. Besides, you are also staying close by larger places like Sarlat and Perigueux. PLEASE NOTE: On the same plot of land the owner, a single woman, also has her own property. You only share the entrance to the immense plot of land. The owner's house is totally separate about 30 metres from the holiday house. Bed linen and house linen are included. Golf: Tuilieres (9 km).
