ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Peacefully located vacation residence with a swimming pool and a tennis court, about 500 metres from the village of Chambourg-sur-Indre. Chambourg is about 7 km from the beautiful city of Loches. This spacious house (220 m2 surface area) is equipped with all facilities. You will live here on a plot of land of about 3 ha. You have at your disposal a large fenced swimming pool and a well maintained tennis court. You will in principle stay here by yourself and have at your disposal a private swimming pool and a private tennis court. The country house of the owner is also part of the real estate. This charming lady reserves the right to use the swimming pool and the tennis court. She actually lives in Paris and is seldom present. The house is especially well located to allow for visits to a number of the nicest places and castles in the region: such as Chenonceaux (20 km), Loches (7 km), Montrichard (29 km), and Cheverny (50 km). Besides those you can visit nice cities like Blois, Tours and Amboise. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Poitiers Futuroscope. Golf: Verneuil (15 km), Tours (35 km).
