ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Country house with a private pool in a very quiet location on the edge of the village of Noyers. Noyers is situated on the Vienne river around 2km from the village of Nouatre and approximately 45km south of Tours. There is a large fenced garden with abundant shade and a nice private pool. The Vienne river is 50km away from the house. There are no shops in Noyers, but you can do your shopping in Nouatre and St Maure de Touraine. The country house is part of the former abbey of Noyers. You occupy the left half. The garden is entirely yours. The right half is occupied occasionally by an elderly married couple. They have their own entrance on the other side of the abbey. The house of the manager is also located at the rear. In fact, the entire village was formerly part of the abbey. The house is furnished very tastefully and comfortably. In the surrounding area you can hire a boat, paddle a kayak, or paddle a canoe on the Vienne river. From here you can also visit the many castles in the Loire region and interesting locations such as Blois, Saumur, Chinon, and Loches. Futuroscope is only 50km distant.
