ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached small holiday house next to the owner's house on the same piece of land. There is also a vineyard on the property. You have access to a well furnished house. On the ground floor there is the living room with kitchen area and the top floor has a bedroom and a mezzanine/passageway with a sofa bed. At the front of the house there are limestone cliffs typical of the region into which cellars have been built. One of these cellars is for your use and has a dining table and a bar. The house is in the Loire region, an area well known for its chateaux and vineyards. Famous places such as Saumur, Cheverny and Montsoreau are only a short distance from the house and there are beautiful chateaux to visit. Towns such as Nantes and Tours are also well worth a visit.
