ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached house. There is a garden. There are nice large grounds. Grounds area 1600 m2. The interior is tasteful, new and modern. The residence is on the edge of the village. The location is fairly peaceful. Magnificent view of the sea from the house. The sea is 0.2 km away, near Saint-Cado (Ria d'Etel). The beach is 5 km away, at Erdeven. There are nice beach resorts and harbours in the area. The house is situated nice and central for exploring the region. In this region there are a lot of possibilities for windsurfing, sailing, scubadiving etc. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the area: Belle Ile, Presqu'ile de Quiberon. The nice city of Vannes is definitely worth visiting. In terms of nature a trip to Carnac (menhirs) is definitely recommended. Shops can be found in Belz (800m). Restaurants can be found in Belz. It is a nice point of departure for walks through the surrounding natural area. In this region you can go cycling to your heart’s content. Golf course is ca.10 km away, in Saint-Laurent.
