House situated in the middle of the village, but with a garden. The residence is 20 km from the city Quimper. The beach is 5 km away, at Pors-Carn. There are nice beach resorts and harbours in the area. In this region there are a lot of possibilities for windsurfing, sailing, scubadiving etc. Here there are picturesque villages such as Guilvinec, Loctudy. There are shops at 2.5 km. Restaurants can be found in Plomeur and Pont-l'Abbé. In this region you can go walking and cycling to your heart’s content. Golf course is 16 km away, in Plomelin.
