ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Well furnished house in a domain of 8500 m2 that offers a direct access to the sea. From the house and from the garden you"ll enjoy a splendid view on the sea. The domain is shared with the owner, a friendly elderly couple. The living quarters are mainly on the first floor. They border the owner's library. In the well kept English garden there are a few shaded sitting areas. From the garden there's a direct entrance to the rock beach. A footpath alongside the sea leads to the sandy beach which is at 200 metres. The village of Plouguerneau is situated at 20 km north of the naval town of Brest.
