ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Holidayhouse with private pool set in walled grounds near the hamlet of Nanchèvre. Within the walls there's also thhe house of the owner who doesn't make use of the pool. Nanchèvres lies approx. 1 km north of St Père and approx. 3 km east of Vézelay. The inhabitants of the hamlet call this house "Le Château" ("The Castle"). The house and its grounds offer a lot of tranquillity and a splendid view of the surroundings. There are some lovely towns in the area that are well worth visiting, e.g. Vézelay, Avallon and ancient Semur-en-Auxois (50 km). There is a beach on the banks of the Cure River in the village of St Père. Several lakes are nearby. Swimming pool: Avallon.
