ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Very quietly located former watermill in a hamlet called Bousset. Bousset is situated at 2 km east of Chiddes, which is to the south of the Parc Régional de Morvan at 15 km southeast of the health resort St Honoré les Bains and approx. 30 km southwest of Autun. The property is really idyllically situated. The road to Bousset, that consists of five houses, ends at 50 metres from the watermill. A well maintained semi-slated path leads you to the back of the mill. On the backside there's a shady garden, in front of the mill there's a fishing pond, the Etang de Bousset, that belongs to the property. This pond is also used by the tenants of the F58032. Two small streams beside the house make sure that the watersurplus is drained off. Children can paddle in these streams. To complete the picture, a tip of the lake is used by cows as their watering place: the sound of their cowbells announce their coming. Seconds later they appear from behind the hill. A wonderful sight. The area is perfectly suited for walking, cycling, fishing and horseriding. The highest point of the Morvan, the Haut Folin, is situated 20 km north of the mill. In wintertime there are possibilities for cross-country skiing at the Haut Folin. Visits can be made to Autun with its ruins of a Roman theatre and the Cathédrale St Lazare or to Château Chinon. There's a baker in Chiddes, a supermarket at 8 km in Luzy. Swimming: a variety of lakes, rivers in the area. Swimming pool: Luzy (8 km).
