ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Peacefully located, detached house at 1 km from the village of Caudrot. You are living here on the domain of the 18th century Château Gayon. The owner will proudly have you taste his Bordeaux wines. The house is tastefully furnished, with access to a small terrace and a hidden small garden. Thereby, you also have a private basin/swimming-pool of 50x11 m, and a depth of 1.00 to 1.50 m. Caudrot is about 50 km south east of Bordeaux and roughly 9 km east of Langon. You can visit some villages built on hills ('bastides') in the region like Sauveterre, Monségur, Duras and St Macaire. There are also various castles to visit in the region: Roque Taillade, Careneuve and Labrède. A little further you can visit the city of Bordeaux and even spend a day at sea: Arcachon is a 1 hour drive away. Golf: St Pardon (10 km).
