ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house situated in a quiet residential area of Stavelot in a beautiful setting, on the heights above the Amblève valley. The house was built in 2004 and is comfortably furnished and equipped with many amenities. From the living room and from the property there is a magnificent view over the valley It is an ideal place for families with children: there are children's games both in the house and in the garden, such as table football, a table tennis table, slide and swing. Stavelot is a small town (about 5000 inhabitants) in the Belgian Ardennes. It is also one of the oldest cities in Belgium and has a beautiful centre with several gentry’s houses and an abbey. There are many trips that can be made in the region. For children there is an amusement park (Plopsaland) in Coo only 500 m up the road. Sport enthusiasts will find many opportunities in Coo for indoor and outdoor activities. There is a lovely canoe course on the Amblève river. At Spa there is a large spa resort and you shouldn't miss Malmédy with its impressive abbey and the Les Hautes Fagnes (Hoge Venen) National Park.
