ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Superb manor villa built in 1913, located a stone’s throw from the centre of the bathing resort and spa city of Spa. This spacious villa (700m2) is ideally suited to family and business gatherings. The patio provides an impressive view of the large garden and the valley. Spa is approximately 15km south of Verviers and around 40km south-east of Liége. You can make lovely walks in the surrounding woods, as well as in the Belgian Ardennes and Hoge Venen Nature Park. There are also lovely villages and towns in the region. Spa has developed into a residential town with considerable charm, and of course with a spa and many sports facilities.
