ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Former windmill from the 16th century in a peaceful location just outside the village of Onhaye, hidden by a small river. The house has been stylishly renovated throughout. It is a lovely location with lots of space, comfortably furnished and plenty of facilities. This makes it an ideal spot for family gatherings. In addition to the main house there is a studio with separate entrance. The studio is also directly accessible from the main house. The house looks out over its own piece of land of approx. 6000 m2. Onhaye is about 40 km to the south of the town of Namen, in the west of the lovely Ardennes. The Molignée, a tributary of the river Meuse, flows through a beautiful area that is still, however, relatively unknown to many tourists. There is much to see and do in this beautiful and interesting region. There are many chateaux and chateaux farms here, stretching over a very green area. The real surprise, however, is the extraordinary beauty of the villages that are built of discrete and similar stone. Dinant with its castle is close by. There are also various opportunities for sporting activities here. For sporty people this is a great spot. Within a radius of 10 km there are bikes (for hire), horse riding, swimming - both indoors and outdoors - and tennis. There is a golf course 15 km away, and 20 km away there are water sports and in winter there is the possibility of cross-country skiing approximately 45 km away.
