ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached chalet, peacefully located between woods and meadowland a few kilometres from the village of Roy. Bison graze on the extensive pasture around the house. Behind the house there is a traditional sawmill. The house is well maintained and practicably furnished. Both adults and children will find it an excellent place for both play and relaxation. From this holiday spot there are numerous forest walks in the hills where you can go for kilometre without seeing anyone. The house is about 15 km from lovely places such as Marche-en-Famenne, Hotton and La Roche-en-Ardenne, all worth a visit: Marche-en-Famenne is famous for some buildings in the town centre reminiscent of a medieval town, Hotton is well known for its caves and in La Roche-en-Ardenne you can visit the ruins of a medieval castle. There are also many museums, restaurants, mountain bike circuits and marked hiking trails in this region. Sport enthusiasts should go straight to Marche-en-Famenne; those after water sports to Hotton and La Roche-en-Ardenne. There is swimming in the river Ourthe 6 km from the house in Jupille.
